Loop Lighting Style
1) My Classic Lighting Style is Loop Lighting.
2) The point of this style is to cast a loop-like shadow on the subject's face. Using this lighting is flattering on most face shapes, and adds depths to picture. To create loop lighting, the subject should be staring directly in the camera, and the light should be angled at 35 degrees, just above eye level.
3) For a single light source, the light should be above the eye level of the subject, out of frame, and angled about 35 degrees from the camera. This will cast the diagonal shadow known as loop lighting.
