I chose to review the rules of thirds. I find this concept to be extremely satisfying and pleasing to the eye when looking at pictures. The rules of thirds allow potential for many different concepts: 3 items, 1/3 of a frame, 2/3 of a frame, grid placement, ect. that call for some great photography. These are better examples of the "Thirds Rule" than the first time because they are real life moment where the number 3 is present somehow. These pictures are more casual and easy to interpret. The portraits are taken so that the subjects' eyes are on the top of 3 lines on the camera's grid. Many of the items pictured came in groups of 3s. In other photos, the subject takes up a third of the frame. These pictures were taken with a purpose to capture this pattern.
